Step Ahead Software is happy to announce some more user requested features relating to how we name providers and their products
Provider name enhancements
For a long time Feezily has provided a provider name customization for Feezily clients that are integrated with a CRM. This meant that, for clients integrated with, for example, Xeppo, provider names are mapped to provider names that are expected by the Xeppo CRM.
We have recently enhanced that feature so that Feezily clients who are not integrated with a CRM will also benefit from a default customizable name of providers instead of using the internal names used by Feezily.
This default list of provider names results in a more accurate naming for most providers.
So now, in reports, you will no longer see names like: Insignia / Core but Insignia Financial
Product name enhancements
Some providers, e.g. Zurich, only supply a product code in their revenue statements. This code is typically not very helpful e.g. 25LE but that is all they supply in the revenue statement to display as the product name.Recently we have implemented a "Product Mapping" mechanism in Feezily for such suppliers, whereby we map their product codes to their full product names.
This means that in the Feezily screens and in generated reports, instead of seeing the product code,
e.g. 25LE
for the product name you will see the full product name:
e.g. Trauma Extended - Level
This extra level of detail is much more user friendly and useful as report data.
